CMA CGM has introduced new FAK rates for shipments from Asia to North Africa and the Mediterranean
French ocean carrier CMA CGM has announced updated Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates effective from 1 November (for loading dates at origin ports) until further notice. The new rates are as follows:
• From All Asian Ports
• West Mediterranean: US$3,300 for 20′ and US$4,700 for 40’/40’HC
• Adriatic: US$3,500 for 20′ and US$4,900 for 40’/40’HC
• East Mediterranean: US$3,400 for 20′ and US$4,800 for 40’/40’HC
• Black Sea: US$3,500 for 20′ and US$4,900 for 40’/40’HC
• Algeria: US$4,600 for 20′ and US$6,900 for 40’/40’HC
• Libya: US$4,400 for 20′ and US$6,500 for 40’/40’HC
• Tunisia: US$4,500 for 20′ and US$6,600 for 40’/40’HC
• Morocco: US$3,700 for 20′ and US$5,700 for 40’/40’HC
These updated FAK rates will apply to dry containers, out-of-gauge shipments, and paying empties.
