Each user or company can log in as only one group: 1, 2, or 3.

SCLOE is not liable for issues arising from username and password sharing within the same company.

SCLOE is not responsible for recovering data deleted by users.
8. Payment Terms
Users must pay before accessing the service, similar to other digital subscription services.
9. Information Sharing
Users cannot share information with others for personal gain.
10. Anti-Cartel Policy
SCLOE does not tolerate cartel behavior and may pursue legal action against it.
11. Account Usage
Each user account can be used by only one company, and SCLOE may take action against violations.
12. Content Restrictions
Users must not create content that is harmful or offensive to others, including other users, companies, third parties, or communities.
13. Harmful Activities
Harmful activities must not be shared with other users.
14. System Issues
System issues and errors should be communicated directly with the SCLOE team or help desk.
15. Report Generation Tool
Errors may occur in SCLOE’s report generation tool when displaying information and analytics.
16. Rate Acceptance
SCLOE’s rate system can be used as a tool to accept offers (Acceptance of offer).
17. Invoice Discrepancies
Accepted rates through SCLOE do not guarantee the service provider’s invoice; figures may vary due to informal agreements or further negotiations.
18. Conflict of Interest
SCLOE is not responsible for conflicts of interest between users within the same company.
19. Data Loss
SCLOE is not fully responsible for any data loss within the system.
20. Information Changes (User)
Information shared by users in the system is subject to change.

SCLOE does not charge commissions on freight rates from any user, as we are neither a forwarder, carrier, nor trader.
27. Service Failures
SCLOE is not responsible for service failures caused by other users. Choosing a service provider is entirely the user’s responsibility.
28. Promotional Content
SCLOE admin reserves the right to remove inappropriate promotions.
29. Chat Box Usage
The chat box is for industry-related communication only; promotional activities are prohibited.
30. Subscription Calculation
The monthly subscription is calculated from the 1st to the 31st.
