COSCO has launched a new service connecting the Far East to South America's West Coast

COSCO SHIPPING Chancay Port began trial operations on 14 November, successfully unloading new energy vehicles and other goods from the COSCO SHIPPING HONOR and COSCO TENG FEI vessels. The maiden voyage of COSCO TENG FEI, which carried 2,756 vehicles, marked the launch of COSCO’s direct Far East to South America West Coast service, connecting China to Chancay and other South American ports. This new route, operated by Yuanhai Car Carrier, will enhance transportation efficiency for commercial vehicles and equipment between China and Peru, offering a monthly schedule with stops in Peru, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and beyond. The service also provides added value through warehousing, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), distribution, and multimodal transport solutions for South America.
