Sea Lead Shipping plans to introduce new services as part of its growth strategy, with South Korea identified as a key market for expansion

Singapore-based SeaLead Shipping is expanding its presence in South Korea, marking the country as a key growth market. Recently, the company established a branch office in Seoul, appointing former SM Line CEO Yoo Jo-hyuk to lead its operations in the region. This move aligns with SeaLead's strategy to strengthen its transpacific services and enhance connectivity between South Korea and global trade routes.
This strategic move aims to enhance SeaLead's transpacific services and strengthen connections between South Korea and regions such as the Mediterranean, North Africa, East Africa, the Red Sea, and the Middle East.

SeaLead CEO Suleyman Avci emphasized the significance of this expansion for developing the company’s long-haul services, including connecting South Korea to other regions. The company, known for its innovative feeder and charter services, views South Korea's market potential as a cornerstone for its broader growth strategy.
